What's the turnaround time for projects?
For Photos: I aim to edit and send in my work within 1-3 days of the shoot.
For Videos: I aim to edit and send in my work within 1-2 weeks. (extra charges may apply if the video is needed before this timeframe.)
Do you refund projects?
Refunds are not accepted unless the project cannot be completed due to uncontrollable circumstances.
Can I cancel on a project/shoots
Cancellations are allowed for photos up to 48 hours before the shoot, after that a 25% deposit will be charged for a no show.
Can I change the date of my project/shoot
You can change the date of a photoshoot before 24 hours of the shoot. A 48 hour heads up will be required for video change
How many revisions do I get for projects
Each client gets up to 4 revisions per video project, after that, there will be a $50 charge for every new revision request.
How can I pay for my shoot?
I accept Venmo, Cashapp, Check, Cash, Google pay and Apple Pay
Do You Travel?
Yes! I will travel anywhere in the midwest. *Charges may apply for travel outside a 50 mile radius, contact me for further details*
